The elevator wire rope product manufactured by Manho using high grade hard drawn steel wire materials and class 1 fiber core that underwent strict import inspection has uniform filament materials, excellent tenacity, excellent hardness of core at the center of the rope diameter is uniform and ability to store grease is remarkable.
We are manufacturing products of uniform quality by increasing the elasticity factor and removing structural elongation that can easily occur during rope manufacture process by performing pretension at latest pretension equipment while the possible length for single round pretension are 1000 and 1500m. |
| The quality is very excellent as we forward after going through validation on inner structure of rope because we are equipped with a grease tester, inner structure tester and S-curve tester. |
